RETURN POLICY
At 72stylesdress.com, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 30 days from the day you received it . We are here to help! Please feel free to submit a ticket if you have any issue with your order!
HERE'S A QUICK RETURNS POLICY CHECKLIST FOR YOUR REFERENCE:
1. Is the item within 30 days from the day you received it?
2. Are the tags intact and attached to the item? Is the item still in its original packaging?
3. Is the item packed neatly and securely, ready to be returned?
4. Have you submitted a ticket order for returns?
5. Is the item the same as when it first arrived and meets the following return and exchange conditions?
*Garment(s) must be in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached
*Garment(s) must not contain:
●any pet hair, dust, dirt
●any type of stains such as makeup, food, deodorant
●rips, runs, tears or damages
●odors infused into the dress such as perfume, deodorant or foreign scent
EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Exchange is free (excluding Shipping costs)
2. Contact us at hello@infinitydress.com to request an exchange
Please have the following information available when you contact us:
*your name
*your order number ( can be found on your confirmation email, shipment email & packing slip)
*the item(s) you would like to return/exchange
*the reason for the return/exchange
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or issued a refund/exchange.
3. We will give your the instruction on exchange for your order
If you are within our generous return/exchange window, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) or Exchange Authorization Number (EA#) and additional easy to follow instructions to process your request.
We only allow RETURN and EXCHANGE of the ITEMS IF you recieve DAMAGE and WRONG DELIVERY
If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us at our Support Center within 30 days of receiving the item and send us a clear picture or video of the problem. After returning the product to the address provided, we will send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.
REFUNDS
The refund period may vary between 6 and 12 working days from reception of your return at our warehouses. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail.
A FEW MORE THINGS TO NOTE:
*72stylesdress.com reserves the right to withhold any refunds, exchanges,or replacement if your original item has not reached our warehouse.
*Shipping fees are non-refundable
*Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
*Digital products, bandeau and accessories are final sales products, and returns are not accepted
